The 12U AAA Orange Dulles South boys went an impressive 11-0 across the season. They went into the NVYLL Bracket as the #1 seed and they did not disappoint. Winning 21-1, 12-5 respectively, a showdown with 9-1 Great Falls was what could stand in the way of a perfect season.

Intense is a good description of the first half of this championship game. Dulles South was up 3-1 in the 2nd quarter, then 3-2, then it was tied 3-3. Dulles South took the lead right before the half to hold a 4-3 lead halfway through. Within 6 minutes of the 3rd quarter Great Falls scored two goals to go up 4-5. Dulles South answered back tying it 5-5 and another goal two minutes later, 6-5. Going into the 4th quarter, Dulles South was up by one. 4th quarter was all back and forth, 7-5 Dulles South, then 7-6, then 7-7 with less than 5 minutes left. The ball was back and forth until the Storm started to work the ball around and found a way and scored with 30 seconds left against a formidable Great Falls team to cap the championship, 8-7.

This is Dulles South's first 12U AAA NVYLL Championship. Congratulations!
