The group of ladies that make up the 7/8 AAA team have been successful as they have come up from scoopers now into 7th and 8th grade. Their goal at the beginning of the season was to get back to the NVYLL Championship Game and avenge their 10-7 loss to Vienna from 2018. With almost an unblemished record through the regular season (had to forfeit one game) they rolled into the playoffs with a bye. They beat McLean by forfeit sending them to the finals against...you guessed it, Vienna. Vienna beat Gainesville in their semi-finals to get the chance for their 3-peat atop the 7/8 AAA division. 

The final game met the hype, with Dulles South holding onto a narrow lead of 5-3 at the half. Second half, Dulles South did what they set out to do and that was to pull away and take the trophy back to Loudoun County 13-6. Great work, ladies!
