SPRING Girls Age Divisions

Wondering what division your child is in? 

Girls (By Grade) - NVYLL changed Girls Youth Lacrosse to grade-based divisions:

Scoopers:  Grades Pre-K thru 1st grade.

The Scoopers program is meant as an introduction to lacrosse for young players. Practices once a week, usually on the weekend.

2nd Graders (G2):  2nd grade, and experienced 1st graders.

The G2 team is our youngest players' first experience with competitive games. Players are organized into teams, 12 - 14 players. 

3rd and 4th Graders (G34)  Girls who are currently in 3rd or 4th grade for the Spring play in this division.

5th and 6th Graders (G56)  Girls who are currently in 5th or 6th grade for the Spring play in this division.  No players from the G34 age group can "play-up" to G56.  No exceptions.

7th and 8th Graders (G78) Generally speaking, girls who are currently in 7th or 8th grade for the Spring play in the G78 division.  From time to time, 9th graders not on a High School team could also play in this division. No players from the G56 age group can "play-up" to G78.  No exceptions.
